Hey Dudes! How's it going? Is everyone excited for Thanksgiving and a long weekend off from work? I know I am! Today I have a cool Thanksgiving-themed Throwback photo to share. It's not Thursday though so maybe we can call this a Turnback Tuesday photo. Is that a thing? It is now - hahaha! When I was about 7 or 8 my school did a Thanksgiving pageant, and I was thrilled to get to play the leading role of the turkey. What can I say, my teachers must have recognized my talents even back then. Just kidding! Anyway, here's the photo:
Apples The Mule Turkey
As the turkey I had a short song and dance routine, and it looks like my Mom caught me mid-move there. I wrote the the song myself and I don't remember the exact words but I know I sang about being the tastiest thing on the plate. I guess I was a little morbid back then - hahaha! And I don't eat turkey, obviously, so the whole thing was pretty funny. Anyway, I'd love to hear about your childhood Thanksgiving memories so drop me a line!
