Hey Guys, hope you had a good weekend! So not sure if you knew, but this past Saturday the 16th was the anniversary of Mr. Elvis Presley's death. I am a HUGE Elvis fan, I made a little tribute video last year (seen here) and I spent this past Saturday listening to Elvis music and watching my favorite Elvis movie, "King Creole." If you haven't seen this movie I highly recommend it. It takes place in New Orleans and was directed by Michael Curtiz, who also directed one of the greatest films of all time, "Casablanca." So if you thought Elvis never made any good movies definitely check "King Creole" out & you'll see that's just not true! Like any true Elvis fan I have made the trek out to Memphis to see Graceland, check it out:
That was a few years ago and I had a blast. It was just so cool to be in the home that Elvis loved so much, walking around where he once walked and everything. I wanted to sit in the furniture and go lay in his bed but that's not allowed for some reason - hahaha! Anyway, Elvis was a true artist and supposedly a very nice guy and I just love him so much. Oh yeah, and did I mention how handsome he was? Hubba hubba! Happy Monday everyone!
